fresh fruitfluffy towels
the classic double room was immaculate, and i especially liked the ample supply of fluffy towels in the bathroom (they were seriously soft!). the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh fruit and pastries.
The wifi signal in my room was a little weak. I could still browse but video calls were tricky.

The staff was amazing! I felt warmly welcomed. I appreciated the excellent breakfast selection. Natalie was attentive and friendly. The spa and gym were modern and clean with fluffy towels and comfortable sofas.
The hotel is located near the airport, making it convenient for travel, but I noticed some occasional noise from the planes.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. I saw forest grounds ideal for walking enthusiasts. The location is reasonably close to a bus stop, accessible with a short walk, providing easy access to the city center.

The rooms are lovely and well equipped. I found a fridge with water and milk. I also used the coffee machine and many teas and biscuits. The spa is lovely I saw fresh towels and robes.
The shuttle bus to the tram stop was convenient, BUT THE wait times could be long.

my partner and i stayed one night with our dog. the exec room was spacious and very well presented. david showed us to our room upon our arrival and he was helpful. the spa facilities were excellent, especially the jacuzzi!!!
